Lay Teng is a qualified engineer with an Honours Degree from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. She has also obtained her Professional certificate in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing in the year 2012. As an independent market researcher and insights specialist, Lay Teng has more than 15 valuable years of working experience and professional engagement in customized research, handling both qualitative and quantitative research.
She is a professional trained in managing both qualitative and quantitative research. She moderates and analyzes focus group discussions / in-depth interviews / home visits and accompanied shopping research. She has multi-lingual skills and converses fluently in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), English as well as Malay.

Nurul holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honors in Social Work from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She has a background in the social work field where it is a help and practice-based profession, it’s an academic discipline that promotes social change and development.
